What Classes Do I Offer?

Baby Massage

Suitable from birth until mobile, this course uses loving touch to bond with our babies. Each week, learn to massage a different part of the body leading to a full body massage as well as learning massage techniques to help with teething, wind and colic.

Pregnant Woman Practicing Yoga

Pre Natal Pilates

Suitable following your 12 week check, this is a very gentle pilates class involving core strength, stretching and breath work. A chance to de-stress, focus on and move your body through this amazing phase of your life.

Yoga For Babies

Suitable from the baby's Dr sign off (usually 6-10 weeks old) up to toddling (not suitable once toddling). This is a really fun and active class where we stretch and guide the babies through a series of joyful movements for a wide range of benefits. For the adults in the room there are stretches, breath work and affirmations.

Exercising with Baby

Post Natal Pilates 

Suitable for all fitness levels following your post natal Dr sign off. All exercises are on the floor so you can have baby on the mat with you (not suitable once baby is mobile). This pilates class focuses on rebuilding your strength, gaining body confidence and improving fitness levels. Babies are welcome but the focus is very much on you!

Baby Wearing Fitness

 Suitable for all fitness levels following your post natal Dr sign off. All exercises have been designed so that you can have your baby in a sling. We will focus on rebuilding your strength, increasing cardio fitness and feeling fantastic all while having lots of laughs.  Please bring your own sling.

Fitness Groups

Available to everyone - there are no babies involved! Class types include - Pilates, Circuits and HIIT. Please check the current schedule to see which is available or drop me a message to let me know which one you would like to be added!
