P.S  you don't have to be pre or post natal to train with me - I have experience with lots of different people!

How Does It Work?

On Tuesdays you'll find me at Spark Life CIC in Prestwich - they have a free weights gym and lots of varied equipment we can use to make your session fun and specific to your wants and needs. They have an introductory offer where your first 4 sessions cost £99 (there are also other benefits thrown in there too) and if you then want to continue it costs £135 per month for 1 session per week.

On Thursdays I offer a PT at home service. Dependant on your postcode, I can come to you and you don't need a big space to do this. These sessions are booked in blocks. 1 session is £35, 5 sessions are £165 and 10 sessions are £295 - or if you have your own timeframe, have a free chat with me to see what we can do with the time that you have available.

 

These prices are based on 1:1 personal training - but we can also train in couples or small groups. Have a chat with me if you're interested!
